ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days.
Order processing will happen daily, however orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
We do not offer self-collection of orders. All orders will be shipped directly from Taiwan.
FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure that your details entered (name, shipping address & phone number) are complete and accurate. We will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address. In the event that the parcel is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address or refusal of package by the recipient, the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
